Business Context: My clients Global HR Services business unit has been established as the global group accountable for the delivery of defined HR services to the business, and partnering with a wide range of service providers

• Many of these services have been outsourced and have been “live” for over 12 months now, and while some service lines can be considered to be relatively mature, others still face significant challenges to delivery to the customer (employee). The overall service to the business is managed by a Service Delivery team (consisting of process and geographic and project resources), who set up and manage the delivery of services for their agreed scope by country or service line.

• For outsourced countries, this mainly consists of working with 3rd party service providers to resolve service issues, drive business adoption of the defined services, and to drive continuous process improvement and simplification. In insourced countries, the focus is similar, but the execution is done internally by a combination of ET leads, HRBP’s, and Service Delivery Managers.

• This position will be responsible for developing and executing a world class Supplier Performance Management system from within the Human Resources organization for the outsourced relationships. This will include the ongoing management of the contract documentation, performance management systems and contractual change control; partnering with the functional experts and supply base to drive highly competitive total costs of operations, and to deliver continuous improvement in the quality of the services to the employee. A variety of subject matters you may focus on include: Business Process Outsourcing, Global Mobility, Payroll, WorkForce Administration, Talent and Performance Management, Recruitment, Contingent Labor, Learning, Health and Wellness (Claims Administration, Prescription Benefits Management, Dental, Health Insurance, Vision), Productivity (Employee Assistance Programs, leave management, on site health centers, workers compensation, LTD, STD,) and Compensation Benefits.
