The purpose of this Executive Summary is to provide an overview of the Chequed Regional Director, Independent Dealer (CID) program and Referral Partner program for your review and consideration. We value your feedback and questions.
Chequed Independent Dealer Reseller (CIDR) Program
Our Goal: Our goal is to develop and support a strong network of Regional Directors in key, strategic markets as well as Chequed Independent Dealers (CID) to represent Chequed in vertical markets and key geographic markets. Our sole focus is to ensure that our team has the resources and support to maximize their probability of success.
The Market: The market for HR assessment market is estimated to be over $1 billion in annual revenues and is experiencing a 15% year-over-year growth. Today, 70% of companies – large and small – use some assessments to improve hiring and performance of their team. Not until today has there been a solution – the Chequed solution – that combines a world-class behavioral assessment with the power of technology-based competency reference checking supported by intellectual property that is unmatched and created by a leading University.
In addition, interest in finding technologies to streamline, improve and make more effective hiring processes is strong as companies recognize the cost of making a poor hiring decisions – estimated to be 2 to 5 time salary and benefits – or $12,000 to well over $100,000. That cost on a reoccurring basis will put a company out of business for sure.
The Business Model: As a Regional Director, you will grow your team of dealers through recruiting, leading and motivating then to grow their business while developing your own base of business. Those who join the team as Chequed Independent Dealers (CID), you will be operating your own business, driving your own destiny and in full control of your performance. You control your operations, enjoy the freedom you likely desire while at the same time, work in partnership with our Team that will support your success. Our success is based upon your success. This is not a MLM program – this is an opportunity to develop a team and control a market.
Your business relationship with the Chequed team begins once we have finalized our agreement and launches with the ChequedStart Program – to get your business off the ground and generating revenues. Next, you will attend a 2 and one-half day training program that provides the product, business and operations training as well as an understanding of the market, assessment technology and marketing & sales training (Note: Webinar training format also available). Once you get started, we provide a framework for managing and building your customer pipeline and developing a satisfied customer base that generates reoccurring revenues.
Your investment to become a CID and start your business is very modest and you likely have most of the tools you need at hand now. To start, you can work from your home office or a small office suite if you choose. As your business and revenues grow, you can plan to add business development staff to increase your profit potential. Other costs to consider would be travel to the training location, computer, home office set-up, telephone, internet service, business cards and any applicable association memberships in your area.
The Potential: Your company’s revenue as a Dealer will be 25% and you earn from the very first dollar and you will continue to earn as long as your client account is active and you are in good standing as a CID. Regional Directors, if selected, will receive the same margin plus an override on the performance of their team.
The Chequed technology is provided to companies on annual license basis (there is also a small business model for limited use for those companies making only a few – less than 8 – hires per year).
As an example, a company with 500 employees would pay an annual licensing fee – for unlimited use – of $36,720 ($3060 per month), and you would earn $9180. A company with 100 employees would pay an annual license fee of $10,092 ($841 monthly) and you would earn $2523. All billing and collections are handled by Chequed corporate, so no need to plan for that activity.
Our goal is to help you grow your revenues and acquire corporate accounts representing 8000 employees (in aggregate) by month 18 of your business, generating $545,000 in revenue and your share of profit of $136,000. There are no ceilings. You develop and maintain the account – and enjoy the profit.
Accelerating and growing your business has two main ingredients or success tools:

<!--· Continuing to support and service your current accounts in coordinated effort with Chequed’s Client Services Team leading to renewed annual licenses, deeper revenues – reoccurring revenues.
More simply stated – if you build and nurture a healthy “book of business”, you will start each year with a significant base of existing income from renewals. In our training, we will prepare you to sell new accounts and retain your existing accounts. This combination will accelerate your business growth.

Chequed Referral Partner Program
For some, there may not be the resources or time to devote this be a CID or Regional Director. We offer the opportunity to align with Chequed as a referral partner. You will be required to complete web-based training to get started. Referral partners receive 20% of revenues collected for the first 12 months of a client/customer engagement only. There is no reoccurring revenue or residuals.
