HRIS SAP Analyst position

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for administering SAP Organizational Management (OM) and Position Management (PA) within the HR Analytics department of ABB. This person has a technical knowledge of HRIS systems including org unit, job and position creation and relationship maintenance. The HRIS Specialist uses prior knowledge and experience with position management-based HR systems to manage the OM and PA data. This position is not data entry; analytical and process skills are necessary..
SAP Org Management experience is highly desired but will accept candidates with Org Management experience in HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or Lawson.
