Alternatives to Oracle, SAP & PeopleSoft for Performance Mgmt, Learning Mgmt, Self-Service & Recruitment..

Hi

My company is using Oracle Core HR & Payroll and is assessing options other than Oracle Perf Mgmt, Learning Mgmt, Self Service and other areas such as Recruitment, Reward etc

Has anyone any experience of using other web solutions (we would interface back to Oracle)

Interested in any feedback!
