Open Source HR Software

Hi All,

I Just found this solution called OrangeHRM (http://www.orangehrm.com). Its a free open source  HR System. Seems to be stable, complete and fit all requirements a small and middle size business has.

 

I'm really considering move to that, once we can not put up any more with the expensive paid softwares.

 

Does anyone knows another option comparable with this? I would like to see another one before go ahead. Open Source seems to be a trend, so maybe you guys know something better than OrangeHRM ... I could not find.
